      Greetings.

Hello. I am from Bulgaria which is in East Europe and I have been trying to Lucid Dream for 3 months with somewhat slow progress. I have been reading from time to time since I looked up Lucid Dreaming on the internet and I think I will try to incorporate myself into this nice community.

      Welcome to Dreamviews,
Slow progress? Perhaps consider what area you are weak in, is it your memory (dream recall) or self awareness?
If you need anything, just ask

Thanks. I think my problem is that I have problems going to sleep which makes it really hard to realize if I am having a False Awakening. I think it is because I am too energetic and don't use up too much energy during the day but who knows.

      Welcome to DreamViews!

If you haven't already, I suggest you read Puffin's Beginner's Guide to Lucid Dreaming.
What techniques have you been using to induce lucid dreams?

If you have any questions at all, feel free to ask.

I have tried WILD(which ended badly) , MILD (It worked once) , DILD (worked twice) , DEILD (Going to try again) and a few more I don't remember. I am going to try SAT+DEILD tonight. I really liked Puffin's SAT technique.

      Welcome to DV
And well, a MILD is a DILD. DILD is more of a title for different techniques which involve becoming lucid whilst dreaming.
DEILD is also a very good technique so keep trying on that Don't be too hard on yourself and stress yourself out. You have to be calm about it all and be patient If you have any questions, ask ^_^
