Maybe get up for a little bit, read a book, soon enough your mind will start craving them lost hours.

You might benefit from reading up about WILD (wake induced lucid dream), you will learn about how to get back to sleep consciously, allowing you to enter straight into a lucid dream, and if you dont manage to remain conscious, you just fall back to sleep
