Hi Shibby! |

Hello all. As you can see, I am new to the world of lucid dreaming. I was just going to ask a few beginner questions to get me started. What time should I set my alarm clock during the night to better remember my dreams? I usually go to bed about 1 in the morning. Lately I havent been remembering ANY of my dreams. What will aid in this? Thank you in advance. |

Thanks. I'll make sure I set it around that time. Another question, Lately I haven't been able to remember my dreams. Will waking up at this time and keeping a dream journal help with this? |
|
Yes, shibby, keeping a dream journal is an excellant method of dream recall. I've been doing it for a while, and I've begun to notice definate signs in each dream, which is a good way to become lucid. Hope it helped! |
