Ok, for starters, every night before I go to bed, I plug my nose and do the breathing RC.
Now last night I was in a dream, and in the dream I was really tired and wanted to go to bed. *So I went up to my room (it was dark, just like in real life), and got in my bed. *As my head was going down to my pillow, I saw some writing on the sheets. *I was too tired to lift my head up and read it, so I just did the breathing RC. *I did this and could breathe and was like \"I'm lucid\", and then right after I just heard a really weird loud noise and my head felt extremely pressurized and everything was vibrating. *I was too tired to get up and start dream spinning, so I closed my eyes and tried to imagine being in a different place, and that didn't work, so I tried to visualize myself floating up out of my bed. *That didn't work, and I slowly woke up and felt the same tired way as I did in the dream.
This was really weird, and I didn't like the feeling at all. *Was there a possibility that I was in some sort of WILD, with the loud noise and vibrating?
I don't think there is cause for too much concern.
I am an Initiate of Kundalini Yoga and so I am somewhat familiar with how the Subtle Energies work. There is one phenomena which your experience reminds me of. If one has been extremely busy -- working to fatigue, and not having a spare moment, and then finally gets a break... some chance to rest, then what happens is that the Energy will center itself in the central channel and rush up to the head. I suppose this is what happened to you. You had been busy, and then you were tired, and when you finally had the opportunity to lay down, your energy centered and rushed up to your head. Being in a dream, the effect was more exaggerated then it would be normally (in what would simply be a pressure sensation while in the waking state, turns into Light when asleep in the dream or hypnogogic states).
