      Red face Hello

      I'm Candie and I came across this forum in hopes of getting help with some of my dreams. I just want to understand why they are the way they are, and also to focus on some recurring elements in my dreams so I can understand why they keep popping up.

      Hey Candie! You've definitely come to a good place then. If you want to focus on recurring elements, I highly recommend you start keeping a dream journal through the system here on the forum. You can add tags to each one so you'll see what things pop up how often, and it'll help you increase your recall and draw connections between them. Plus, it'll encourage others to read your entries and give some feedback as well.
