      this is getting frustrating..

      i've been trying to find a way that suits me in the quest for getting lucid,
      but there is one thing that really annoys me, and that is that in the weekdays, i cannot remember any dreams at all, it does only seem like if i can remember it on weekends,
      i think it has something to do with the fact that i sleep a little longer during the weekend,
      at a normal day, i go to bed around 12, and get up at 7..

      and i've also had plenty of things that should have tiggered the lucidity, for instance i have one dream in particular ;
      i was all of a sudden standing in a steel-elevator, with a guy in a suit, and he was going to inspect my building (that's why we where there), and then i pushed the "lever 25" button, and we both looked at the digital display panel, and the numbers jumped like crazy.. and then i asked him why it did that, and he just said that it was broken..
      and then i just thought that it was perfectly logical that it would jump up and down if it was broken..

      My guess would be hours of sleep too. Some people need 6 or 7 for good recall, I need more like 8 or 9.

      Yeah I hate that. I have tornados as a dream sign, and 50% of the time I think it's real. Even though I've never seen one in life, and the tornados in my dreams are all wonky and colored wrong. Just keeping doing your reality checks and journal and whatever else helps you attain lucidity.

      Your logical part of yourself was fast asleep. When you begin to fall asleep your consiousness starts to merge into obstract thoughts. And your consious mind wanders and then the subconsious merges and takes over. To become lucid first you must manage to get up enough consiousness to have the capacity to realize anything is not logical. And then that can spark your lucidity. So I would continue to try WILD MILD and all those techniques and keep trying to overcome it.

      For remembering dreams in week days. It helps to get a fair amount of sleep, and to be in a routine. Then to have a strong and consitent intention to remember your dreams keeping a journal ect. Over time you will make progress but everything wont happen at once it just depends on your effort and approach. Good luck.
