Bathroom recall?

Hello everybody I just started working on my dream recall sense mine is just horrible(most of the time I just get a feeling). I try to lay in bed to remember,but I have the strong urge to PEE. I try to stay focused on the dream but I am distracted for having to pee

Well often times people say that you gradually remember things if you stay still, and I've found that to be true as well, but sometimes nothing comes to you, and if you have to get up then that's fine too.
