Newbie - Looking to get this dream back at will

I guess I have had lucid dreams in the past, as I knew I was dreaming. I really would love to be able to summon one type of dream intentionally. Here is the basic dream:

I step outside, or also into a large stadium, and when I breathe in, I rise; and when I breath out, I go lower (but not as far down on a breathe out as up on a breath in). A deep exhale brings me down faster. I don’t have to have forward momentum to do this, but I could. Actually, some forward momentum, coupled with a jump really launches me into the air, where I can really get that elevator feeling (or plane turbulence). This is really cool when I jump and breathe in deep, and hold my breath! Just standing still and breathing makes me hover up and down, which is cool in a crowd (hey look at me). Most the time, there are other people around, watching me, and they envious of my abilities. It is the most amazing feeling.

I have flown over towns, in fields, over water, and one time in a large stadium up to the rafters, and between rafters. These dreams are typically very vibrant, with the whitest whites, greens and blues. The colors remind me of spring mornings when I was kid, when everything seemed brighter, and cleaner.

The sad part is that I only have these dreams a couple times a year (or less). I would love to be able to dream this at will. Is this really possible? If so, and if you experience this with frequency, does it end up dulling the sensation?

Sometimes I wish I was an artist and could draw what I dream, but that is certainly one ability I don’t think I will ever have. Make an app for that, and you will make a million.

Hey there jamesd! Welcome to Dreamviews! I don't really have any tips on how to make that dream come true. But, if you do reality checks often, you can induce a lucid dream, and you can create that dream. It's all about confidence and expectation when it comes to lucid dreaming, so never give up, because the victory of your first deliberate LD is so sweet! You'll be happy the whole day! Well, I hope to see you around the forums, and if you have a question feel free to ask someone or PM me, I love answering questions!

This is possible but it's going to take a great deal of mental focus on your part. However, the most major part is already worked out for you and that's remembering specifics and certain details in the dream. Now all you have to do is put those thoughts to use 'extensively' The best way to re-enter previous dreams is play every part of that dream over and over again in your imagination while you're lying down getting ready to sleep. You can't let anything else surface into your thoughts. Also it's best to at least allow yourself a few days to just think about the dream over and over again so this way your subconscious can put these thoughts in the forefront (sortofspeak). To will dreams takes a great deal of mental strength. Good luck.

Edit: oops forgot where I was. Welcome to Dreamviews
