      Greetings!

Hi everyone, I figured that I would introduce myself and how I discovered Lucid Dreaming for myself here.

I'm in high school right now, and I don't really know what I want to do with my life, but I know that I love to write stories (essays suck), and that I absolutely lovelovelove music. So when I came across Lucid Dreaming, I was instantly intrigued by it. I fell in love with the idea of being able to let my imagination run wild and being able to do whatever I want. The only thing that I could do this was in writing, but then I was still chained down by the grips of reality. I remember having a few instances during the mornings on weekends and during the summer that I was ever so vaguely aware that I was dreaming, but not able to control anything, so I guess these count as lucid dreams? This has only happened maybe like three times. I really want to learn how to make these lucid dreams regular and vivid.

Welcome I'm also in highschool (not much longer sadly) and I'm a big time fine arts advocate. Especially music I'm in band and chorus at my school (I'm also from SC ) I had the same reaction as you when I discovered lucid dreaming. And ya those count as lucid dreams but the good ones are yet to come .
      I'm always happy.

Oh cool what do you play? I play saxophone in band and I started Euphonium a few months ago because I plan to audition for a DCI corps this fall (Phantom Regiment or Bloooocoats) if my parents let me. Also I'm gonna be taking Latin next year because I took Spanish 1 this year and didn't really like it so I'll probably be doing Latin online.

NO WAY YOU ARE AMAZING... I'm also trying out for dci (Carolina crown) but I personally love Bluecoats and phantom regiment. SCV is pretty awesome too. For concert band I play trumpet . Jazz I play piano, marching band/ dci I play mellophone. And I'm taking tenor sax lessons too. And I'm learning latin also for chorus stuff. Can't believe I found someone into DCI here...

I'm so excited to hear SCV play Hymn to a Blue Hour this year. I love me some John Mackey. Also Crown has a superduper amazing hornline, and I wish the best of luck to you!

Dude I'm super jealous of phantoms hornline their show Juliet should've won that year in my opinion . My favorite SCV was ballet for Martha 2009 the closing for that show (simple gifts) is SO AWESOME. Oh and Bluecoats metropolis! Oh I could go on for hours about DCI. Anyway welcome to dreamviews

Yeah I could go on forever too, but I guess that's what DCP is for.

I played Hymn to a Blue Hour this year in concert band and it was awesome. I'll have to check about Nightbeat because I might have rehearsal that day, but I'm 99% sure I'm going to the Atlanta show.

Nightbeat is on a Sunday so I would doubt you have rehearsal when's the Atlanta show? And where is the championship comp. at? Do you know?

Okay so I have bandcamp the day after Nightbeat so I guess that's I can't go . The Atlanta show a week after Nightbeat I think, and Championships are in Indianapolis at Lucas Oil Stadium, unless they changed it.
