Hi!
My name's Ryan, I'm 16, and I'm from Scotland. I started on my journey to nightly lucid dreams about a week ago, have started a dream journal, and am improving my dream recall.

I'm going to stick to the MILD and WBTB method, with a mantra of "This is a dream" as I'm going to sleep. I will do RC's every time I walk through a doorway, get in a car, and use the bathroom. I'm hoping all this will lead me to a quick entry into lucid dreams

If you have any tips, I'd be more than happy to read 'em.
