      Lemme Introduce Myself...

      Hey, I'm zimm590 aka J.Z., Zimm, John...whatever. Stumbled across this site and it really struck my interest. The whole thing seems kinda strange, and out of the ordinary, but I am way too curious to pass it up. Looking forward to seeing what this is all about and hopefully having one of those 'lucid dreams'.

      Hi weome to the board!
      I suggest that the best way for you to begin is to begin writing your dreams down in the morning when you wake up, this helps to improve recall, and it also allows you to spot dreamsigns, which are like cues that show you you are dreaming!
