      New to forum

Hello Dream Views members. I just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. I am Sam B. I joined because I'm wondering about a recurring dream that I've been having for years. I'll start working on my post so look out for it. Thanks..

      Hey Sam, welcome to Dreamviews!

First off, I recommend to anyone who is knew to check out The Beginner's Guide to Lucid Dreaming. It has some good tips from common lucid dreaming terms to all the different methods you need to know. A recurring dream is actually really good if you want to lucid dream! You can train yourself to recognize when you are in that dream, do a reality check, and become lucid! You can post the details about your recurring dream in this section and I will be able to help you more. You can also read others recurring dream experiences in that section as well.

I actually had a recurring dream character who gave me nightmares as a child for 8 or 9 years. One day, they eventually just went away which might happen with your dream. Anyway, if you have any additional questions please ask!

      Welcome to the forum!

After you check out the beginners guide, pick an induction technique that strikes your fancy (although DILD is much easier to start with). You can also check out the DV academy to see, if there is a class you would be interested in. I think new Intro class starts 6/4/12. Happy dreams
