Every morning that you wake up you have to lie still and try to recall what you dreamt. If you wake up during the night you should also take notes so that you can recall it in the morning. If you're desperate you could go for a REM rebound (sleep 5 hours or less) and then sleep 9+ hours the next night, or use supplements. |
