Hi I'm new to lucid dreaming :)

      Hi
I just recently discovered this forum and I've gotten really interested in lucid dreaming ever since. Well so far I've had no luck but I'm just starting out

Allthough once I've had a "sort of LD". I dunno if this can be really considered as an LD, but I once had a dream where I was suddenly aware that i was dreaming, yet I just went with the dream scenario without really having the possiblity of doing my own stuff. It just took my fear of what was about to happen since I knew nothing could happen to me.
      Is this an LD?

Anyway, ever since I discovered this forum, I'm writing a Dream journal and trying out the different techniques, as well as eating a banana before I go to sleep, since vitamin B6 is supposed to help

Well that's it I guess. Hoping to get help from this forum in case I need it until I master lucid dreaming

      Hello!

Yes, you had an LD. With some practice, you will learn how to control them. I believe you will have a lot of fun and you will maybe discover something important about yourself.

Eating a banana is definitely OK. However if you want to use B6 to enhance your dreams, you need more. One banana probably doesn't contain more than 1 mg. A scientific study about B6's effects on dreams used 250 mg pills to observe the results. I don't claim you need so much, but you should consider to increase dose. Pyridoxine pills are cheap (much cheaper than banana in my country).

Yeah definitely a lucid, 90% of adults have had one atleast once in their life. It's the control, stabilization and having them frequently that you need to work on. Even 50 mg is enough when it comes to B6, I usually take between 50-200. If you're wondering about something, don't hesitate to ask!
