      Hy everyone!

Hy everyone, I am Ify and I want to learn how to have lucid dreams.

      I come from Croatia.
I searched in google a lot about lucid dreaming, and I tried It twice (night before last night and last night ) and I failed (I just haven't done the reality check in my dream).

So if you are expirienced in lucid dreams, can you send me a personal message with step by step tutorial and suggest what technique to use, please ?

Oh, and english is not my native language so there might be some mistakes in my posts, so please just ignore them.

      Hello Ify, welcome to DV!

The first thing I'd suggest you do is to make a dream journal. Record your dreams as soon as you have them each night. If you don't remember at least one dream a night, then trying to lucid dream is pointless. After all, if you can't remember your dreams, you probably won't remember any lucid dreams you have either.

Another thing you might want to know: it could take a while to have your first lucid dream. Some people have their first lucid dream in a week, but most people seem to have their first lucid dream in a month of practicing. It's not exactly difficult, but it does require motivation and persistence.

Here's a very helpful tutorial, that should explain almost everything you need to know! Beginners Guide to Lucid Dreaming.

DILD and MILD are useful techniques for beginners, those are the techniques I'm focusing on. RCing regularly is a good first step. It would be helpful if you also recognize your dream signs (common themes in your dreams). Mantras are helpful too, you can try chanting "I realize I'm dreaming" before bed. Or if you want to increase the number of dreams you have each night, you can chant "I remember all of my dreams" (or any variation of that).

Read the guide I linked you to, and if you have any further questions, I'll be happy to answer them.

Alright, thanks. I usually remember 2 dreams that I had when I wake up in the morning.
