Well, in a nutshell I am able to Astrally project from my Lucid Dreams.

My first OBE that I can document was when I was 9, I have had many precog. OBE's, from little things like conversations with people I meet at a later date to plane crashes all the way to the other end of the spectrum and have foreseen murders while Out of Body. (Documented and verified by the way.)

I actually have ended up (believe it or not) on the inside of someone looking out through their eyes, feeling their emotions and hearing and knowing their thoughts and what's going on with their immediate situation. It's really bizarre, I am actually looking to find other people with this type of experience to understand it more. So... if anyone out there can relate to that feel free to let me know!

That's a little background on my 'sleeping arraingments' my waking moments are a whole other ball game.
