      Getting itches during relatation

I was wondering if getting itches during relatation was your body seeing if you are still awake by trying to make you scratch? If this is so, is this good progress toward WILD?
It's a dream Alex. You can do anything you want in here, haven't you figured that out yet.

I think scratching is more like if you think about it you'll get an itch. i HATE getting itches while tryin to WILD hence everytime i prey "don't get an itch" boom, i get an itch. You want to keep movement down to a minimal during a WILD. So i wouldn't real call it progress, try and focus on not moving and keeping your thoughts to a singular idea. Never allow your thoughts to wavair from that thought and you will make much better progress.

Actually ive found plenty of success just letting my thoughts wander. and then after a certain period of time I go back into focus to find myself very close to completing the WILD and I only keep my focus from then on, but everything before then, thoughts wander, heh. Sometimes I just get a certain feeling, I can't explain it, but it tells me when to go back into focus and all of sudden the hypnogogic imagery is real intense, and soon after that i go straight into the dream. As for itching, scratch a few, but try to ignore it to the best of your abilities, it will make the process longer and more irritating if you pay too much attention to it.
