Hey guys:) Just new and excited:P

Hey everyone Well first of all I'm Eli, so yep I've always been fascinated by dreams and have been interested in lucid dreaming for a few years, but I never actually got around to doing anything about it. I may or may not have accidentally had one or two before.. I'm not sure, but I decided I'm going to finally commit to it now and just wanted to join this site for help and introduce myself*

Nice to meet you! I just joined last night after lurking for years. First step, start diligently keeping a dream journal, if you haven't already.

Are you taking any supplements to aid in your dream vividness and/or recall? They're certainly not necessary, but a few have definitely helped me.

Thanks Nice to meet you too! And definitely, I was going to start my dream journal tomorrow morning. And no, I haven't been taking anything, what do you suggest?

Hi Eli! Welcome to Dream Views!

It's good to hear you're starting up a journal. It really reaaally helps your recall and tells your subconscious that your dreams are important. Btw, have you decided which induction technique you're gonna be using? Here is a link to the overview of the techniques, which can be found in the Dream Views Academy intro class : http://www.dreamviews.com/f151/begin...son-ii-131245/

      Good luck, and happy dreaming

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Nothing if you don't need anything, but I have found a b-complex vitamin and DMAE before bed to really help with recall.
