      Hello from Australia

      Hello Lucid Dreamers!

      I'm Luke, I'm an artist from Australia and I've just recently started to think about the unconscious mind as a source of creative inspiration. I have begun keeping my own dream journal over the last few days and have been very interested by how much more conscious I am of my dreams while dreaming already.

      I have done some meditation and am interested in sensory deprivation experiments but since dreaming occurs every night it seems silly not to explore it further.

      I haven't tried any lucid dreaming yet, but once I've done some more reading I'll give it a go.

      Good to know you've started keeping a dream journal! It really is interesting to look back on our dreams and realize how we experienced something so surreal while we were asleep.
