Hi I've been lucid dreaming for a year and decided to start again after 2 month break.

So yeah. I kept attempting to post this, but I got distracted by stuff. There's lots of stuff I want to experiment, but I never get clear LDs. When there not clear I loose control. Ok so I have one question. Do people make houses for there lucid dreams. That would be cool. I sound un professional because I'm 14. I hope that's old enough. I couldn't find the terms and conditions. So that's it I guess, I hope to see whoever replies on the forum. And people that don't reply too. So yeah by

Welcome to the forums, tasca! EVERYTHING you could possible want to learn about sleep/dreaming can be found on this site. I'm sure someone will be nice enough to post links. I will if I have time.

You can do anything you want in a lucid dream. Often times, I am in a different house than my real house. So yes, people do that. I understand what you mean by not having clear LDs.. or clear regular dreams. There are ways to work on that, and make your dreams more clear and vivid, and remember them more. The best way is to keep a dream journal by your bed. Everytime you wake up, and remember a dream, or a part of a dream, write it down before you go back to sleep. You'd be amazed how much you can forget just from the time you first wake up to the time you get out of bed. Also, working on awareness is good. If you can be more aware of your surroundings, and everything that is going on around you in waking life, then that will carry over to your dreams. Always be observative.

resesarch on Dream recall, and different techniques of lucid dreaming, like WILD, and DILD.

Last little tip... while you are lying in bed attemting to sleep. keep telling yourself that you WILL have an incredible vivid lucid dream tonight! you will remember every bit of it! it will last long! positive thinking goes a long way to.

Don't ever get discouraged if you don't have tons of success. This is a lifetime thing. It's for fun... learning...

Yeah, I keep forgetting to do mantras every night, before i would get LDs like weekly, but they would be only a few minutes, and would be hard to control.

      Welcome!

I am going to be comlpetely honest with you. There is things you can do within the dream like stabilization, for example you can look at your hands and rub them together or the spinning like a top method and I am sure you will hear of lots of ways to become more involved with the dream, but you should know this. It's not the actions itself that makes you more aware of the dream, you don't get more stable dreams by only rubbing your hands. Well it might be so, that you activate some areas in the brain, but I like to think that it is the intention behind it that does the trick.

I can write a long theory of why this is, but to make it simple I just want you to know that within the dream you should trust yourself and understand that you are capable of anything (for stable dreams), but this perspective should be yours at all time in life as well.

If some special action or method of stabilizing motivates you and works for you, by all means go ahead and use that, but you should remember to put trust in yourself because you are the one that makes it work.

This principle is important to most things when it comes to lucid dreaming. "Know thyself"

And if you want to know more about life and lucid dreaming, watch The Matrix! And really think about the meaning and philosophy in the movie. The action is cool too but stop, listen and learn from the wisdom...

If you need any help both the members and the Dream Guides of this forum is more than happy to hep you.

By the way, I am glad that you found lucid dreaming in such a early age!

      Sweet dreams!
