      Another Hello!

I found the site a couple of days ago - utterly absorbing.

Have been experimenting with lucid dreaming on and off for about a year now, with little success (about twice, very briefly), but last month it really start to kick off big time. I'd been reading a book called "The Lucid Dreamer" by Mervyn Goodwin, and some of the advice he gave - looking at your hands for example - I found really started to work.

Anyway, I really just wanted to say hello, and look forward to hearing more about peoples experiences. I'm off to have a closer look at the stuff on prolonging lucidity - that's my big issue right now.

      Cheers,

      Dewi.

Welcome to the site, this place has been the greatest site I have found on the subject of Lding. Because we have a great support system here and a ton of people to talk too. Feel free to speak your mind.

      welcome noobie

That’s the book I learned to have LDs from! I have completed many of the meditation techniques and dreaming practices offered throughout that book-extremely good reading (mine is by Malcolm Godwin). My freakiest was the “falling between worlds” pg 170 my edition. Anyway welcome

LOL, actually, having checked, so is mine! I was writing quite late last night (one of the things that gets in the way of LD for me sometimes is lack of sleep!) and I think I got mixed up with Malcolm Godwin and that 'wafty music' chap "Mervyn Goodall". Sorry!

It's a great book. I haven't got as far as p.160 yet, but I'll have a look later.

      Chat soon,

      Dewi.

hye, welcome to the board! i've learnt most of the stuff about lucid dreaming on here, so that's good. and this is a great place to be, everyone's really into lucid dreaming, so you won't get any answers that aren't relevant, or people ignoring your posts!
      someone will know the answer!
I'll have to look that book out...Malcolm Godwin...
