      Hello:)

Just found this site after some research. Here I was thinking lucid dreaming was so common and that it happens to everybody. Maybe it does? But they're like me, they just don't think it such big of a deal, until they see what you can do with it.

I've had lots of lucid dreams but I never thought I could stay in those dreams for such a long time. I've read a few of your posts and I think I might try some of those things, to stay in the dream a bit longer.

Ok, not gonna go on and on and on about this=P Just wanted to say Hi but I just kept typing..

      Hello!

Welcome to the forum. I hope you enjoy it here.
The best times of your life should not be when you're still so young, or else you'll live a life always dreaming of the past.

hey, welcome aboard, watch it, this place is addictive...and whatever you do, if you want to retain some semblance of a life, stay out of the chatroom!! j/k
Lucid dreaming does come naturally to some people, but i find i really have to work at it, only trouble is, the more i work at it, the less likely i'm to have one...so i try to just concentrate on dreamsigns and reality checks, without the thought of actually having a lucid dream.

      Hi Karma,

I've just signed up as well, although lucidity is something I very definitely have to work at. Funny thing is, I managed my first lucid dream spontaneously when I heard about it for the first time, then it didn't happen again for ages ... not until I'd put some work in anyway.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Karma, First of all welcome to DV. You'll love it here, I knwo i do. Anyways, I also have had lucid dreams naturlay in t he past. I still do now. But they are limited, short, not too much controll... Using the tutorials and the techinques here realy helps improves them. I think we are lucky to have lucid dreams already. Most of what we need to do is work and build on something we already posess, and that makes it eiaser.

Oh yes, just to warn you again.. This place is EXTREAMLY addictive... Watch out!
