Thread: Very Strange Dream!

Ok this is the dream I was at an icecream shop and I got chocolate icecream but I noticed white spots so I did a reality check and thought nope this is real life!

I didnt notice I was dreaming I still thought that it was real life, is this normal seems funny soon I notice im dreaming I hope!

Are you sure you did it right? What do you do in your reality check?

I have done that and almost did not get lucid, I remember thinkiing this is not a dream, this is real, and then something happened and I began to laugh becasue it was a dream...I said to the people around me,, I almost missed being lucid. Try always checkign through out the day to see if this is real or a dream.. I look at my hands to tell.

Try doing more than one reality check. I once checked my watch in a dream and the time didn't change when I looked at it twice, but then I pinched my nose and I could breathe through it.
