I've been trying to do some WILDs, but i havent managed it yet. I havent tried the sleep 5-6 hours, wake up, than try a WILD thing either (maybe that would help me more?)
Every time, I got to the point where I was experiencing vibrations, but no further. Basically what happens is i get an itch, and than when i think about scratching it, a whole bunch of other spots begin to itch and i wake up. I know the itches are in my mind because, one, i take a shower right before i go to sleep every night, and two, they dont itch until i think about it. Or I'm at the vibrations and I'm like, sweet I'm almost there, than they fade away and dont come back. (and its not false awakening or anything).
So how can i intensify the WILD once I'm at the vibrations? The thing is, I dont see any imagery or hear anything, I just feel the vibrations so i have a hard time imagining whatever. Also, is there a way that i can ignore thinking about itches and other distractions as well?
