      How to intensify WILD transition stage

      Hi,

      I've been trying to do some WILDs, but i havent managed it yet. I havent tried the sleep 5-6 hours, wake up, than try a WILD thing either (maybe that would help me more?)

      Every time, I got to the point where I was experiencing vibrations, but no further. Basically what happens is i get an itch, and than when i think about scratching it, a whole bunch of other spots begin to itch and i wake up. I know the itches are in my mind because, one, i take a shower right before i go to sleep every night, and two, they dont itch until i think about it. Or I'm at the vibrations and I'm like, sweet I'm almost there, than they fade away and dont come back. (and its not false awakening or anything).

      So how can i intensify the WILD once I'm at the vibrations? The thing is, I dont see any imagery or hear anything, I just feel the vibrations so i have a hard time imagining whatever. Also, is there a way that i can ignore thinking about itches and other distractions as well?

      no one actually knows how to get past the vibrations.

      DONT SCRATCH! just tell yourself its your body testing to see if your awake or soemthing. the only thing that bothers me is when my friggin nutz start moving. then my legs itch! AHHHHHHHHH that was personal i know but im sure it happens to everyone. i hope. i guess that means im really manly since i produ..... NM

      to get past the vibrations you should search the net for brainwave lucid dreaming mp3s and loop them or something. that works for sure, if u want to use it that is....

      yea those itches are just your body testing you if your awake or not if you dont scrach and fool your body that you are asleep than it will go to sleep too (sleep paralisis) its just a natural thing becouse if like your body falls asleep first and you are attacked and your mind is awake and you cant get up you can die so its just a defence mechanisim for humans and animals?..i think

      so dont scrach and if you dont scrach you will go into SP and its a breeze to wild from there! (i myself never had SP...... yet!)

      when i get really far into a WILD i can feel a suddon sensation over my whole body and then my leg hairs stand up and it sometimes feels like shit is crawling on my legs but i just wait it out and it passes

      and thats another way of your body testing you like you feel like somethings crawling on you and you get exited/scared/nervous so your heart rate increases and your body knows it. so you have to stay realy calm! THATS why i cant get past vibrations once the vibrations start (my body starts falling asleep) my heart rate increases and my body knows it and they stop! this will be wayyy harder than i thought since it will take alot of time to stay calm throught everything and if your like : staay calm stay calm... your not calm and your heart rate increaces HOLYSHIT i just steped on the missing link (problem) of WILD!! Now wild is harder than we

      ya the first 2 or 3 times i tried WILD my heart would race waaaay too fast. but now it doesnt for some odd reason. like when i suddonly feel the change go through my whole body and the HI suddonly turns slightly clearer (like i can see the red and black stronger), my heart still feels really strong but i think its just an added sensation and like its not really pumping any harder than usual. maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan im gonna just try wild again tonight with that LD1 mp3 on. i know it will work but its just kinda unnatural so ive been a little turned off recently.

      oh check this out pytis: i had that free 8 minute "brainstretch mp3" on an alarm that looped it 2 hours after i fell asleep lastnight. so for the first time a brainwave mp3 didnt wake me up, and at the same time it gave me some weirdass dreams while it was on. very intense and i was able to recall the whole first REM period which i usually dont.

      cool.

      I'll try to wild tonight again, and hopefully i'll be able to ignore all the distractions...

      Do you think its easier to wild if you do the sleep 5-6 hours, wake up, than wild thing?

      well Ya i think its easyer but be sure to wake up and drink some coffee/soda or someting and not just hit the snooze button and go to sleep (happened many...many times...)

      i recommend trying wild before and after 5 hours of sleep. stay up and hour or 2 after 5 hours of sleep then try it aswell. i mean it cant hurt to try it. some ppl find it easier at different times
