Thread: newb hitting

Ok, I am really new at this but atm i am experimenting with hit and wild. It is 1 o'clock right now and ive been trying to hit for the past hour and i've been seeing really vague stuff (like eyes) and its still dark (maybe i can't hit, because it seems like not everyone can see hi) then again I am not very tired because I slept in today.

If hitting doesn't work I set my alarm to go off in 6 hours so that will be interesting too.

It seems like when im trying to hit that at some points in time the darkness came really close to me (like I was zooming in on it) but then I would lose it, and another time I found it hard to breath (just for a second.)

I just thought I'd throw this out there and you guys could give me some pointers, btw I can't wait to have a lucid dream!

you pose some interesting ideas...i'm wondering, if maybe you're trying too hard..i've been through all this, as recently as last night...
and i find if i'm too tired, or too awake, such techniques don't work...although i'm not sleeping well just now, so recall has taken a nose dive anyway...
and setting your alarm for six hours after going to sleep sounds like a great idea...even if you don't manage to WILD or HIT...you should at least wake up at the end of a REM cycle and be able to remember a dream...

Ok so another thing I noticed when I was trying to hit was the feeling of weightlessness, anyways my wild attempt was definately unsuccessful, lol after waking up I immediately went back to sleep (IDIOT IDIOT IDIOT)

I think it is short for Hypnotic Imagery Technique...or something like that...
