XD, I've been going on or off about dream journal again, but now I'm thinking of a way for me to have to write in it. I realized that as long as I write a sentence or two, sometimes just a phrase, my next dream is more vivid and seems to be under more desirable conditions. I think this is my key, consistency. My dreams also feel longer when I write because I start to feel more aware I suppose. Once a few weeks ago I wrote in it for five straight days, and my next night felt LONG, though I never work up until morning. It was just long and detailed dreams back to back. I know I can make progress if I give myself time to write in the morning, even if it's almost unreadable lol.

So use these tools and information to your advantage and don't go nuts with the alarm, unless you want to. ^-^

And read my Dream Journal to follow my progress with this and hopefully get even more inspired.

Sweet critical aware awesome dreams! (Let's short down the time needed for mastery of our dreams.)

Another update, I had my first lucid dream this morning! It wasn't too long because I got excited, but I managed to teleport to a new area, even though it appeared a little random, it felt right to me. About 10 seconds total, but I'm back on track after four years!!
