      SP and what after it

      Hello Everyone

My name is Dorian Manjarić and i just registered to this forum because last night i experienced Sleep Paralysis (I forced it by myself in order to Lucid Dream).
the SP was AWESOme feeling and I got so excited and then i remembered that i must relax myself because i'll end it then. I Didn't had any hallucinations (wasn't saw any ghosts or such a things, only excitement).
So my question is what to do next when in SP? I had to stop sleep paralysis because I had to get up -.-

      Welcome Lucidit!

Let's be a bit cautious here: Sleep paralysis isn't a step to reach a lucid dream, and it's certainly not something you can "induce" by yourself. It's a sleep anomaly that may happen due several reasons, which don't make it that common among the population.
What may have had happen to you was probably a set of events that might resemble sleep paralysis, but are in fact merely signs that you're body is falling asleep. You may experience twitches, muscular episodes, weird sensations, among many others. When this happens, you should just remain calm and ignore all that is happening with your body, because this events only distract you from your purpose of falling asleep. Remember that excitement is something that can end your WILD attempt pretty fast, so you should focus merely on relaxing and maintaining awareness of your drift into sleep.

This thread can offer you some additional information about sleep paralysis: Sleep Paralysis Explained.

Good luck on your journey, hope your lucid arrives soon

by induce, i meant i relaxed and tricked the body (or mind) to enter SP. I tries to stay relaxed but my body was shaking so hard and i couldn't completely relax... So, should I relax my eyes too and start imaginating the scene i want to dream because the eyes are almost impossible to relax (when I try, they always start to look left, right, left up etc...) really hard to do it.
