      I just spent half an hour trying to remain conscious i sucseeaded but i was just leing there.....numb hands..

      Mmhm, I've had thr same thing happen, I couldn't and still haven't got into sleep paralysis. I'm just doing some different methods now. From what I've heard SP is horrible
