Despite the title....I'm new to this site and forum, however I have been having lucid dreams for quite some time now. My dreams usually consist of floods and fires in certain areas. Some of these areas I do not even recognize and have never been. The year before last, I have been having extremely vivid dreams about Coney Island in New York City flooding over by the ocean. In this dream, I saw a whirl pool in the middle of the ocean and it quickly rose up and flooded all of Coney Island. This dream, I would have ignored but for one thing....my family currently lives there. My mother lives literally across the street from the ocean and in my dream I was in my mothers apartment. Luckily my mom lives on the 23rd floor in her building. Anyway, in this dream, I am telling my family that they HAVE to leave right now. They didn't leave and then I woke up from the dream feeling extremely drained and helpless because they never listen. I told my mother about this dream and she got upset with me and told me don't say that and she sort of just brushed me off. As I'm sure most everyone know about that huge so called Hybrid super storm by the name of Sandy that brought this to fruition. There are so many other lucid dreams i had too that involves water. In one, I was standing in the middle of the ocean surrounded by some huge grey elephants. We were playing together and I wasn't the least bit afraid of them. They were playing with me with their trunks.I felt so happy inside.

Now about 2 or 3 months after the oil leak or spill according to your perception of what happened, I had my first out of body experience or what i thought was an obe. All I know is, I was laying down in the dark with nothing on but the television. My eyes were closed and the next thing i know, I heard this loud sound that sounded like alot of air going past my ears and I literally felt my heart stop beating and my breath totally left me and then in my vision I saw a table start to form. It looked like a painting as it formed. It was brown around the edges and silver on top. I didn't know what was happening and I got so scared that I immediately brought myself back to this so called reality we are apart of now. After that, I have been having frequent visions every time I close my eyes and look. It's like a mirror shows up first and then images of things and places I've never seen or been to.

I am so confused. I don't know what's happening to me.
