try again, if no luck then try to close ur eyes and use ur mind |

What you're actually trying to achieve is the feeling of spinning. Try that. Don't push it. |

yea, the spinning thing works, but dont close your eyes (or blink) you dont need to, and BAM, you are in the real world (at least for me) although it is pretty easy to re-enter the dream from there. |

From what I read in the tutorials, I think that the dream-spinning might actually make you spin in your bed, making you more comfortable and reaffirming the sleeping state. Then again, it might be a way to clear your current (real-world?) thoughts and let the dream recover. I haven't tried it, seeing as I was unaware of the existance of such a technique when I had my lucid dreams (which were all accidental, but I'm hoping to change that). |

the ONLY way that i can teleport is to "phase" through a window that has blinds covering it so i cant see the other side, i then think of where the window leads to and it always works |

~I wake up a little more every time I dream.
