      Hello all!

Hello all! I am well....Gogogo111. I am a very beginner at this Lucid Dreaming buisness.

Anyways, I believe I had a Lucid Dream before, but I didn't know it was a dream.

Ok, after I saw the Killzone 2 video at e3, I had a cool dream.

Ok, who here has seen the killzone 2 video? *No one raises hand. Anyways, to those thathave, when they all get on that bridge and charge forward, I stayed back because I thought I would die. So I decided "OMG THANK GOD THE JEEP GOT HERE!" and I jumped in, moving arond trying not to get shot. I get in the backseat, and we go off the bridge.

      And then I woke up.

Was that kinda a lucid dream. KINDA? BecauseI thought:OH NO I MAY DIE and stuff like that.

Anyways, I am very interested in this stuff, and props to the forum, well organized and looks great.
OMG! I never knew I actually have had a lucid dream before.

hey gogogo, welcome to dream views

Well it's only a lucid dream if, while you were dreaming, you knew you were dreaming. Like, if after you were thankful about the jeep getting there, you were like "oh, heh cool, I'm dreaming," then yeah, it was a lucid dream. Otherwise it was just a dream, or a very vivid dream at best

      hey, welcoem to the board.
And yes, it's like Ophelia said, you have to actually realise you are dreaming or it's just a regular dream.
sounds to me like it was a very vivid dream, but this can sometimes be helpful in going lucid, in that you're more able to spot something amiss...
Like someone trying to shoot you, when you 'know' you went to bed three hours ago...

Yeah, like irishcream and ophelia said, you have to realize ur dreaming for it to be a lucid dream and since you thought you may die, that probably confirms it wasnt lucid, but if you felt it veyr real, then it's called a vivid dream.

Anyway, if ur really interested in LDing (lucid dreaming) you should take a look at the tutorials in the forum and start a Dream Journal.

If you're interested on LDing material, like books or things of the sort, just PM me if ur interested on discussing experiences or just wanna ask questions in general, PM me as well or see if im in the chat room
