      For the start with lucid dreaming, be sure to read this guide if you haven't already: http://www.dreamviews.com/introducti...-dreaming.html , it contains some general information about lucid dreaming and an collection of links to techniques and tutorials.
      Also feel free to check dreamviews academy and it's intro class: Intro Class which is a good place for starting with lucid dreaming, and if you choose DILD as your method, check out DILD class as well: DILD
