New and dreaming

hey everyone, I'm a 22 year old psychology student from South Africa and though I have never thought of sharing my dreams with the public, I've always believed that dream analysis is helpful and that it represents the subconscious. Now for the dream...I remember it starting off with me, a younger version though (16Ish), being at a children's camp with some of my class friends that I now haven't seen for years. there were also many other children there that I didn't know though. then the dream jumped to me and a few of my friends meeting a couple of girls and we started to hang out with them and of course flirting. my friends then sort of dared me to hook up with one so I did. pretty girl but I didn't feel anything for her. this then made things complicated and awkward, especially when I met this another girl at camp. this one though I immediately fell in love with. now when I say "I fell in love", I mean it. or at least this is what I believe to be love. I have never felt this feeling before. the dream carried on for a while with me and her getting to know each other and all I remember is being the happiest I've ever been. after hooking up a couple of times the camp was unfortunately about to end. we had a day left and spend that in bed kissing and cuddling. the day the camp awe ending I couldn't find her anywhere. I remember being frantic and running around looking for hrs like a headless chicken. just before everyone was supposed to leave the organizers spilt the group into boys on one side and girls on the other, with the two groups facing each other but still I couldn't see her until out of nowhere she came running towards me with a massive smile on her face. she jumped on my and we kissed passionately before being dragged apart by the organizers and shouted at. this incident led to my dream girl being fetched by her mother who was furious and also shouted at me, telling me to stay away from her daughter. they sped off....I felt like my heart was torn out of my body and that my life was now over. I had lost the one thing that meant the most to me. I carried on normally with the packing process and getting ready to leave this magical place. it then felt like a few weeks had past without any word from her when I got contacted by her mother telling me that my dream girl had been in an accident and now can't remember anything. the mother contacted me because she thought that this would be the right thing to do and that I could maybe jog her memory. when I got to the house my dream girl was as gorgeous as ever but I could see in her eyes that ahead had no clue who I was. she was very polIte but I could see that It was common decency. all my love was still there but none of hers this broke me and I woke up.... I somehow have the feeling that this girl is out there and I know that everyone I meet in my dreams is a physical mirror of someone I've seen in real life, but I can't remember this girl's face clearly, nor her name. all I can't remember is that she was significantly shorter than me, had long straightish dark brown hair (pretty much black hair), had a petite body though well developed in the female departments, and had the most beautiful smile I'd ever seen. she was also very playful and didn't care what others thought of her. ahead showed her love for me in the most corniest ways and in front of all but this just made me live her more. sorry for the long post guys and girls. but I still feel besotted and I can't get her out of my mind!

Welcome uli169, seems we have the same age and a deep interest in psychology This seems a pretty love story It also appears to be lasted ages! It's always hard when we find a special person in our dreams and eventually the dream ends, just happened to me this night. How about you practice lucid dreaming and manage to make your special girl show up again? Seems that you're adventures with her are worth keeping up, since you did really sound very happy during that dream Good luck, and any questions just post away!

yeah it did seem to last forever, but i guess thats a god thing. ill look through the toutorials you guys have made available here and take it from there. im just a bit cautious to be honest. Ive heard bad stories about astral traveling. are there any dangers of lucid dreaming? i cant see how there would be, but better safe than sorry
