      Here I am!

Hey there ! I've been having lucid dreams for the past year or so, usually they just happen when I realize "wait this always happens in my dreams... OOOHHH I GET IT." Recently I moved to a non English speaking country (where I don't speak the language) and that's also great for inducing lucid dreams because in my dreams everyone speaks English, and I'm like "wait a minute..." Lucid dreams that happen this way are usually a lot more real seeming than the first way that I mentioned. Dunno why. Also, I recently quit drinking and smoking, which has made my dreams in general much more vivid and coherent (and feels great!).

Because of all of this I'm really excited about my dreams lately. I'm not even that into lucid dreaming... I just like dreams in general. I mean we spend so much time sleeping, why throw all that experience away, right? Anyway, I'm happy I found an active forum for dreamers. Glad to be here!

Welcome to DreamViews, FriendlyFace. Really cool that you're able to recognize that you're dreaming based on the language being spoken. Even if you're not specifically aiming for lucidity, that shows a remarkable level of awareness.

Anyway, enjoy your dreams, as well as your stay here. And hit me up if you ever want to know more about lucid dreaming.

Now that's something quite cool! I hope to see you sharing your dream experiences around the forum, those moments sound really interesting ^^

      * Plans to move to a different country *
