      Hello everyone :)

Hello all, Plex from Australia here.

I have always been a very vivid dreamer with excellent memory recall, but have never attained lucidity before, and I'm trying really hard now!

Looking forward to meeting some dreamers

Good to hear from you, Plex, and welcome!

I am on the exact same boat. I have a great imagination, and have always had great dreams, but now I want to take it to the next step. Hopefully we can get there together!

      What techniques are you using?

      Welcome to DV, Plex!

Have you checked out http://www.dreamviews.com/introducti...-dreaming.html yet? You can read up on some basic info as well as tutorials in there. If you have any questions, ask away!

      Good luck

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Hi Raven and paigeyemps, thanks for the welcome

I'm currently experimenting with a combination of WILD, MILD and DILD. I wake up after my dreams naturally anyway, and I go into REM Atonia quite easily, so I'm hoping I will get there eventually! Most of my problems are with WILD right now, but I put a big post in the sub-forum about that already
I am currently working through the guide, paigeyemps, it is a very good read!
