      Hey :)

      My name's Savannah, I'm 16, and I've only had around 8 lucid dreams that I can remember so far. They all happened randomly without me actually trying to induce one, but ever since I've become interested in lucid dreaming and that's why I'm joining this forum. I'm hoping I can find some good information here that will help me have more

      Hey SavannahF, Welcome to DreamViews!

      You know, a bunch of us have our first LDs as kids without trying. The good news is, as we get older, we can learn to induce them by trying out different methods. Sometimes all it takes to get you started is joining a community and talking about lucid dreaming. That said, take a look at our Dream Journal section: Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views - Recent DJ Posts - Dream Journals It's really great because you can customize it and add tags and so forth. And the best part is that staff and other members check them out on a regular basis, and can even +like and comment on the entries. So it's really interactive and can help you get a jump start on dream recall which is great for lucidity.

      Then, if you want to learn about various methods for inducing lucidity, here's a great section to browse: Induction Methods and Techniques. The best of luck to you, and please let me or anyone on staff know if you have any questions or concerns of any kind.
