      I have a queation

Is it possible to WILD Lucid dream withount intending to do it. Because I have read all of the descriptions annd it sounds like what I do often. I fall asleep, but It feels real. I am aware of my surroundings, aware that it's a dream, and not real. But I feel paralyzed every time, and I get hallucinations. I, however, do not knowingly enter that state. It is not my free will, and yet I am aware...what exactly is this?

It sounds like "hypnogogia" - your mind is awake but your body is asleep and seems paralysed. It is often accompanied by intense visual, tactile and auditory hallucinations. It's nothing to be afraid of though and can serve as a launching pad into a full blown lucid dream experience.

Yeah, it is possible to WILD without intending to do so. Getting into that in between state, so to speak. Hypnogogic as Tarvus explained. It happens to me sometimes without purposefully trying to get there. I sometimes suffer from insomnia, and just working at falling asleep I sometimes end up WILDing unintentionally.

It's definitely possible. Sounds to me like you're gonna be a natural, it'll most likely take you no time to get into Lucid Dreaming! If you have any questions, send a PM to me or another Dream Guide, or post a thread in the forums. Enjoy your stay!
