      Hello, I'm new to this but have allways been interested in lucid dreaming. well im not the best at introductions heh.

      well on how i hered about lucid dremin, i always wounderd if there was a way to control your dreams and i did some serches on the net and came across this site. and as for my goals i just want to be able to do it and rember it.

      There are plenty of methods that you can try to attain lucidity. I suggest you spend some time reading through all the info on the site, and visit the tutorials section if you want to dive right in.
