      hey guys, i dont know if I'm doing this right lol but I only found out about lucid dreaming like last year nd I thought it was just something scary nd life threatening that only mad people do haha :L but then I started getting interested and I plan of having heaps of lucid dreams

      Hello. Lucid dreaming is only frightening if you make it so. As for life threatening, no more dangerous than ordinary dreams (both are safer than breathing). And no. we're not mad (well, I'm not, maybe). I wish you good luck in having lucid dreams and would advise you to check out the various tutorials here.

      Well it is proven that 100% of people who dream die... But I don't think that's the cause

      As splodeymissile said, it will be what you make it. It is not scary, it's not dangerous, it's just a hell of a lot of fun (and sometimes a bit of hard work...).
