      Hello! :)

      Hello guys!

I am Nemorosus and come from Macedonia, Skopje (Македонија, Скопје). I started exploring about experimentation with dreaming a year ago perhaps, and really want to learn a lot more. Saw this forum via Google and seems like a friendly place at first glance, i hope i'm not wrong.

Btw great vBulletin design! Really dig it.

Welcome to DV, Nomotosus! So what experience with lucid dreaming do you have thus far? I know you said you have been exploring it for a year, however since different people learn at a different pace and in different ways, it would be good if you shared with us your progress thus far, if you want to that is. Also what are your dream goals? What would you like to focus on? What interests you the most? Of course, no pressure, if you do not wish to answer these questions, that's cool too. If you have any questions for us, feel free to ask.
You may say I'm a dreamer.

Well i've been only reading, have tried once or twice by 'simple' lucid dreaming tutorials, and never succeeded. Once by accident i had been very relaxed, i think i came from a recording session in a studio and i was very tired, i just wanted to go in bed... and in bed i was feeling great, no physical movements, my mind was active and thinking about what happened in the studio (we were recording an album with my band --- a demo) and suddenly i only see black (i presume that's my room because there was no light at all) and i couldn't move. So i think i have experienced sleeping paralysis I tried to yell but of course, nothing came out haha.

I also think once in a middle of a dream, as it went i thought something like "wait this isn't my room" and i was there and able to control myself and my thoughts. But it happened only once that i am aware, and totally by accident.

About focusing and interest, i don't know. I just want to have interesting dreams, be able to control them and learn more about myself perhaps... i don't know. Sometimes i am bored of the reality, and wish to create my own one in the dreams.

      Welcome to dreamviews.
They're some fine aspirations you have, if you follow a tutorial properly and you read up on what you should be doing you'll be off in no time. Here a good place to start http://www.dreamviews.com/welcome/14...ere-start.html

      Good luck

      Hey and welcome
Being awares once is better than never being aware Keep working on your awareness and your dream recall as well as the vividness of your dreams will improve very soon if you are consistent about it!

      Good luck and sweet dreams.
