Hi, guys! I've been browsing this forum for a while now and thought it might be time to make an account. I've been lucid dreaming for as long as I can remember, though I've never actually tried to do it intentionally. I would say I have one or two lucid dreams a week. I registered here to possibly find out how to do it more often, and to share my experiences with you guys. Though I know the basics of the science of dreams, I'm completely uneducated on different methods of obtaining lucid dreams. I'm hoping your Wiki can educate me on that somewhat. I have one question: where are the forum rules? I'm probably missing something blatantly obvious, but I want to be sure. Looking forward to being a member. EDIT: Never mind, found the rules.

WELCOME! Sleep and dreams has always been one of my favorite subjects to study and talk about, when I found out about LDing I was like excuse me a second while my head explodes. .
