      Was I lucid?

      I was reading about getting lucid and I thought I would try it tonight. so I did and I had a dream that I was running though caverns on a internet game. when I saw something that wasn’t even in that game! so I thought "hay I must be dreaming". but the feeling was amazing! I felt like I was flying at the speed of sound! and the feeling woke me up. the question is. did i get lucid on my first night of trying?

      That right there is enough to say that you were definitely lucid. Way to go! Next time that happens, try not to get excited so that you don't wake up right away. Then you'll be able to have all kinds of fun exploring, and maybe controlling, your dreamworld.

      wow my first try at getting lucid and it just happened like that! ill try not to get so existed next time
