I suggest taking a look at the main site of Dream Views. It has pretty much all the information you need.

However, the most important thing is to have a dream journal where you record all your dreams. It helps you to develop your dream recall and catalog your dream signs - typical situations, characters, actions etc. in your dreams. When you remember at least 1 dream per night, you're ready to try induction techniques for attaining lucidity.

Good luck! And remember that it needs hard work.
Don't think about those damn kangaroos.

Yeah as Hate suggested go ahead and take advantage of all the information here. Read through the tutorials, there is like a quick start guide type of thing for newbies that you should find helpful.

I think you could try any induction technique at anytime regardless of dream recall, but mostly importantly would be to start writing your dreams down as soon as you wake up from them in the night or the following morning.

Welcome to the forum and if you have any questions feel free to PM me or any other Dream Guide.
