how to update avatar picture

i cant seem to figure out how to update my avatar picture. lol help please

To update your avatar picture, follow the following steps. 1.Click the words "Control Panel" near the top right corner of this page. 2.Click the words "Edit Avatar" on the left side of the next page. 3.From here, you could either enter the URL to the image on another website or use the browse button to select an image from your computer. 4.Click the Save Changes button to near the right of the screen.
