Thread: Mike - Introduction

Hi my name is Mike.
I am 21 years old.
I'm from Denmark.

I am kinda new to lucid dreaming.
I have for many years been SP without really knowing what is possible with it.
The other day I told a friend of mine about it, and he explained to me what was possible In this state.
He told me to relax next time this happen, and so I did.
It actually worked didn't get to explore as much as I wanted to, because I got scared.
I went to this forum, hoping to find some tips.
Also find out how to make sure I will get in this state before I go to sleep.

But I would love to become better at this and share my up and coming experience In lucid dreaming.
I would greatly appreciate any comments on what to do.

SP is scary, and it is not the only method for achieving whatever it is you are trying to achieve that day.
Try some other methods, specifically WBTB method, as there are much more relaxing ways to do anything

SP is NOT scary. Remember that... there are more techniques, but you have nothing to be afraid from SP but to just ignore it and keep visualizing the upcoming forming dream in your mind.
