      Introduction from a newbie

      Hi there! New to the forum and honestly forums in general. I've been experiencing SP regularly for a few years now, and have recently discovered that you can use SP to lucid dream instead of having super scary nightmares all the time.(yay!) I've had several SP to lucid dream experiences since finding this out and am excited to hopefully meet some other people who experience similar things to me and help me calm down about scary encounters and make me feel less crazy than my friends do when I explain these things to them .

      Welcome, welcome! I hope you find this forum to be as good of a resource as I have. If you haven't already, I'd recommend the book Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self by Robert Wagner. I found it to be less of a "how-to" book and more of a book about spirituality and questioning. Intensely thought provoking. Welcome aboard!
