      Newbie from Mississippi

      Hello everyone. I am new to this group. I have heard of 'being aware that you are dreaming' although I have never heard it called Lucid dreaming until tonight. I have never done it nor have I tried but I am very interested in trying now. I have downloaded a dream diary on my tablet that adjusts the light so that it doesn't wake you up or blind you. Will make my first attempt tonight. Looking forward to bedtime

      You know, I hadn't heard the term 'lucid' either until I found this site. Anyway, I see you made that post yesterday, so did you have any luck last night? Either with lucidity or maybe good dream recall?
