      Hi everyone

      My name is Jeroen and i'm from the netherlands

      I only recently got introduced to lucid dreaming and dived into the subject on internet. This forum seems to be a real good resource to get going with it and get better at it hence i subscribed.

      So far i've had 4 "ahaa" moments in my dreams and on each occasion first thing i did was shoot up in the air and fly. Unfortunately the excitement thingie more or less threw me out of my Lucid Dream pretty quick (if you can call it that after a few seconds) and i'm back lying in my bed trying to get back into the dream. So for me it's all about getting to stabilize the dream and don't be too excited at this stage.

      From what i've read on this forum before joining i'm pretty sure i will make good progress from here.

      Welcome to DV, Jeroen! Stabilization can be pretty tricky sometimes , but we have a tutorial that might be able to help you... it certainly helped me!
