      Sleep states & Lucid dreaming

Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum and looking to explore this subject of sleep states and lucid dreaming. The subject is being brought to my mind from some new experiences I am having as a result of using a new product. I am finding my dreams are being remembered more frequently as a result of using the sleep patch and I want to understand what is happening to myself and my clients as a result of using the patch. I will be reading posts and exploring this subject thru this site. Am looking forward to hearing about all your experiences.

      Welcome to DV!

What exactly is in this "sleep patch?" There might be someone here who can give you some insight. I am assuming this patch is like one of those quit-somking patches; is that right?

In answer to the question about the "patch" I am using ...it is called Rest Quiet patch by Lifewave. No it is not like a nicotine patch in that no substance goes in the body, and yes it looks just like a transdermal patch but it only communicates with the body's energy system to enhnce a better sleep pattern by increasing the delta waves and bringing more oxygen into the body. Many of my clients have stopped snoring as a result and are reporting they feel much more rested in the morning. So I wanted to do some research on sleep cycles and understand how it is that we go thru various cycles and do our healing during sleep. You can check out the patch at www.lifewave.com/act.
